Nothing you haven't seen before, especially if you've seen "A Few Good Men," but compelling anyway, although if there had been more in the field and less in the courtroom this would be a keeper. The performances are fine and what action there is just makes you yearn for more; a tug of war of sorts over the clearest symbol of our country is, in one shot, worth the whole time in the theater, even as it makes you wish it was all that strong.
